The energy within this executive duplex overlooking the downtown core, is casual and gracious within the bustle of YYC. Monochromatic palette accented with hues of mist and twilight give the spaces an easy going casual, feel. The use of drift wood, pitted metal, hand blown glass and masses of tile creates a harder edged  industrial feel  mixed with cooler surfaces. Functional and simple. The "Beach Glass" hand blown orb collection that floats in the Living Room was custom designed art installation to set the tone and connection to the beach.
