Janet Watson's portfolio includes global experience, education and awards. She is an internationally acclaimed fashion designer, published illustrator and has numerous awards and articles also as an Interior designer. With an educational background in Political Science and Business at UofC, Fashion Design at Ryerson University, full scholarship to study design in Copenhagen and a background in ranching, and investment she has a solid base for Design Build. This passion for design was matched by her passion for health, fitness and community, an accredited AFLCA instructor, and as the founder of Shine Thru helping children that are victims of sexual abuse, she has the drive to deliver. Janet believes in community and keeping a mindset of abundance and gratitude this relates to what we do and where we live and who we spend time with, where "Our Happy" resides. Her nomadic spirit brought her to Nelson BC in pursuit of design tools mentored by Kai Korinth and then on to Sandpoint Idaho which became a part of her, she was embraced by the Boden's and a few other iconic locals, through a desire to live the best moments life has to offer with the best people.

Tim Boden - Boden Architecture

Midwest born and raised, Tim continued his education in both Eastern and Western, USA until pursuing Classical training in Vienna, Austria and the Alps. While abroad, Tim studied at the Royal Academy in Copenhagen, Denmark, gaining influence by both Scandinavian and Contemporary design. Since early in his career, Tim has been moved by Architectural feats, and strives to create that same feeling and emotion for others in everything he crafts. From the smallest of projects to the grandest of design, he is inspired by the excitement of his clients and the opportunity to enhance people’s lives. When Tim isn’t creating functional, livable art, he is fostering his love for mountains and lakes by skiing, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors with the people (and dogs) he loves.

The Boden Architectural team is built on collectivity and collaboration. This parallel philosophy is how the connection grew between Janet and Tim and Team Boden.
Kai Korinth - Timber Grove Design

Kai and Janet met over 12 years ago while Kai was tutoring AutoCAD and working full-time designing timber, prefab, modular and stick frame creations, his resume encompasses some of the finest Architectural works in N. America . Kai and his family live in the mountain lake resort town of Nelson BC. Like all of us, he indulges in the low-key village style of mountain life and thrives through work that he choses to invest in and therefore he loves what he does. His background as a digital designer, fluent in Revit, Cadwork and AutoCAD. With recognition through local timber mills, he was recognized as a powerful asset, problem solving. His meticulous ability to navigate multiple addendums of Architectural Construction drawings, he ultimately was a ninja in ensuring all fabricators specs were compatible before being machined or executed. Kai's creative talent and rare skillset
had him working throughout North America with Architects; Frank Gehry, Olson Kunig, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson and Carney Logan Burke, to name a few. Truly epic, legacy projects and a deep level talent and integrity is Kai's mojo and also he is a friend that is like minded. Recently, after three years on an LA based Gehry project Kai was ready to create his new entity Timber Grove Design. Very proud to have him at our table and excited about where we are headed.
Griffin Watson Boehnisch - Queens University

Griffin was a lucky kid, raised in two mountain resort towns, Banff Alberta in the Canadian Rockies and Invermere BC in the Purcell Mountain range. He worked the tools both on-site and in the office and landscaping too. His most recent work was collaborating with us on this new ids website and our new upcoming social media platforms about to be launched.

His current quest is his studies at Honours level at Queens University, in Kingston Ontario, as he is majoring in Life Sciences. When he's not studying he's busy pursuing his other passions which include fitness, guitar, reading and being entrepreneurial. Griff enjoys hanging out with his pups Buddy and Uh Oh and being a big brother to his little sisters Talia and Sabrina.

Currently, Griffin has aspirations to become involved in the healthcare industry but to what degree remains unknown as he pursues different avenues of interest.
Farli Boden - MSU, Bozeman Montana

Farli was born and raised in northern Idaho on Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort and was fortunate enough to be able to ski, mountain bike and trail run right from her own back door. The outdoors and environment have always been very important to Farli and a huge source of inspiration. She is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree of Environmental Design at Montana State University, in Bozeman Montana. Her intention to complete her Masters in Architecture at either University of British Columbia or University of Calgary.
Farli's family has a connection to Canada through her Paternal Great Grandparents and is also dating "Mr. Potato Head" from Golden BC. In addition she has won 2018 and 2019 US National Telemarking Ski Championships. On the creative side Farli inherited a robust talent for the arts and illustration and contemplated an education in the Fine Arts, however she has always been drawn to trying to make a difference in the environment and this is how her passions brought her to studying and creating architectural concepts.
